Cash Pay Physical Therapy

You pay a flat rate at the time of service based on the appointment type and duration with no additional fees. By not taking insurance we are able to provide high quality one-on-one care in which you spend the entire appointment with your Physical Therapist. Payment is expected in full at the time of service. We accept cash, venmo, all major credit/debt cards, and HSA/FSA.

Rates

 

Physical Therapy Evaluation-75 minute

$225.00

For new clients or existing clients with new injuries that have not been assessed. This includes a thorough and skilled PT assessment, treatment, and exercise program design to determine an appropriate plan of care.

60 Minute PT Follow-up

$175.00

Physical Therapy follow up for existing clients with injuries previously assessed. This is a good option for those who want time in the session for manual therapy, dry needling, and exercise review and progressions.

30 Minute PT Follow-up:

$95.00

Physical Therapy follow up for existing clients with injuries previously assessed. This is a good option for those who need a shorter check in to reassess and progress their current PT program.

HSA & FSA

If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), we accept these forms of payment. A receipt and superbill can be sent for your records upon request.

Insurance

Bloc PT is a cash-based, out-of-pocket Physical Therapy clinic which means we are not in-network with any insurance providers and do not accept Medicare/Medicaid at this time. This allows the therapist to be on-on-one with the patient for the duration of the treatment session and offers more hands-on individualized care. If your insurance reimburses for out-of-network physical therapy, the therapist can issue a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement upon request.
